As a company awarded the National Security Inspectorate Fire Silver Approval and  BAFE SP203 accreditation for Fire Alarm maintenance, as well as the design, installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems, Professional Fire Systems and Projects Limited have demonstrated their commitment to providing the highest level of professionalism, customer service and satisfaction.

All Fire Alarm maintenance is carried out in accordance with BS 5839, part 1:2002 +A2:2008, ensuring the life safety systems we service meet all legislative requirements and carry out the function they are designed for – providing safety for life and protection for property and equipment.

We believe that working in partnership with our customers, and providing information on the Fire Alarm System beyond that required by British Standards, will best enable our customers to meet their requirements under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order introduced in 2006.

With ongoing field assessments, health and safety training, and manufacturers training, Professional Fire Systems and Projects Limited ensure that the engineers carrying out the Fire Alarm maintenance of your Fire Alarm System meet our demanding standards of quality and assurance.

In addition to the routine Fire Alarm maintenance of your Fire Alarm System at six monthly or quarterly intervals, as required by the customers own risk assessment, Professional Fire Systems and Projects Limited provide a 24 hour 365 day emergency call-out service, guaranteeing an 8 hour response to site as required by BS5839, although over 90% of our call-outs are attended within 4 hours.
